High Performance Mental Training
As a certified mental performance consultant (CMPC), my goal is to help high performers sharpen the mental skills necessary to deal with any performance situation - and ultimately perform better. The elements of peak performance (e.g. focus, awareness, mental toughness, resilience, etc.) can be improved through practice, but mental training is often neglected. Using meditation and neuroscience-based techniques, we will develop a personalized mental training strategy to improve your consistency, elevate your performance, and find enjoyment along the way.

Mental Skills for Concussion
Recovering from a concussion can be an unexpectedly difficult journey. After studying concussions for 5 years in my Doctorate program, spearheading educational content for a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of those with brain injury, and working with concussed individuals, I know how powerful the multi-pronged approach to recovery is. Yoga (both meditation and asana/movement) plus mental skills training provides an effective method for healing, both psychologically and physically.
What do these sessions look like?
In 45-minute hybrid meetings, we’ll spend approximately 15 minutes talking through the current challenges in your recovery process. Then, we’ll move through a gentle, personally-tailored yoga practice for 30 minutes that includes breathwork, guided meditation, and asana (physical postures).
