But that’s just the beginning.

You’ll then do the work of training your mind daily by implementing the strategies we discuss in our 1:1 sessions.
Between sessions, we’ll keep in contact via voice messages/texts.

OUR COLLABORATIVE PROCESS
Our sessions are designed to fit your goals, schedule, and unique challenges. Here’s what you can expect:
Personalized assessment: We’ll assess your current challenges and strengths
Strategic planning: to create a customized mental training plan incorporating meditation and neuroscience-based practices designed to enhance performance and wellbeing.
Active implementation: With regular sessions, we’ll refine your techniques and adapt as needed.
Continuous support: Maintain ongoing communication through voice messages and texts to navigate challenges and celebrate successes together.
Our monthly work together looks like this:
We’ll meet weekly or 2x/month to identify your unique performance challenges and exercise ways to overcome them. One month of coaching includes:
Two (2) or Four (4) 60-minute Zoom sessions
Thirty (30) days of unlimited support via audio messages/texts (Voxer app)
Investment: $600/mo (if meeting 2x/mo) or $1000/mo (if meeting 4x/mo)*
